I have received you contact from our representative office in Minsk, they had a discussion with you regarding our operations and requests.

At the beginning, let me give you short description of our company. Seavus Group is founded 1999 in Malmoe, Sweden. Today it has more 350 employees in more than 9 countries in the world. It develops software for large enterprises from Scandinavian region but also in US, and UK. It is a young and dynamic company that employs high educated young people, interesting fact is that average age is 28 years old. We have three research and development center, Minsk (Belarus), Skopje (Macedonia), and Nis (Serbia). Furthermore we have one resourcing center in India in the town of Hyderabad.

Currently we are involved in several projects that use embedded technology. After doing a research of the potential location for embedded expertise we have seen a great opportunity in Belarus. With excellent recommendation we have got the name of the laboratory that is placed in Gomel, and that actually is run by yourself. We appreciate your attention to these rare expertise.

We want to establish a cooperation with your institution because we believe that you can provide highly experienced professionals in the above mentioned area. This cooperation will be of mutual interest of both parties, because currently we are working on new technologies and projects that look expertise that is advanced.

In the attachment, you will find several profiles that we are in a need for, I want to mention that this is for a big client of ours that has operations in Germany and France, and is in the automotive industry. Furthermore we have several projects that develop software for devices (mobile phones and devices).

As a company we are in a search for all these profiles, but also we want to establish a cooperation that will enable us to build this expertise in future, and we see a reliable partner in your institution.

Responsible for checking the integration of the developed software in the final environment
Responsible for functional validation of the product in its final environment
Expertise the customer defects
Manage the development of hardware tests programs
Processing of all aspects of SW Product Integration - no SW Component Integration!
Design evaluation routines to support hardware testing and support manufacturing team

Qualification profile
Expertise in technical problems
Master in the area of automotive networks such as CAN and LIN
Experience in the area of embedded software development, automotive advantageous, but not required

Establish and maintain the software requirements specification for the assigned project in close cooperation with the customer
Ensure all specification elements
Put in place the traceability from specification towards Design and Validation
Software requirements Engineering (recording and maintenance of SW requirements as a basis for the development of product SW for driver information systems, body controller or hybrid systems)
Coordination and control of the delivery of SW requirements packages

Qualification profile
Expert or Master in the SW requirement development for embedded or automotive systems
Experience with the SW process requirements of vehicle manufacturers are advantageous
Basic knowledge of quality systems for automotive applications like CMMI, SPICE, IEC61508 and ISO TS16949 are advantageous
Work experience with the SW tool-chain for:
Requirements management (DOORS advantageous, but not a prerequisite)
